Customized camera shrapnel, made of stainless steel imported from South Korea, is processed and manufactured by 45-60 ton punch. It has the characteristics of light weight, good stiffness, high strength, uniform size with the module, good interchangeability and surface quality.

The company mainly does precision metal stamping, which belongs to the category of deep customization. It can design, produce and manufacture the required products according to the drawings provided by customers. The production materials are mainly non-ferrous metals, mainly beryllium copper, phosphorus bronze, white copper, stainless steel, brass materials, etc. The thickness ranges from 0.03 to 1.0 mm. The processing method is stamping before electroplating or electroplating before stamping. It is also equipped with high-performance manufacturing or testing equipment such as measuring instrument, heat processor and washing machine to ensure the high precision and high quality of stamping products.
